Not just your lawyer:

Your advocate. Your ally.

At Lemmon Employment Law & Conflict Resolution, we understand that our employee Clients may be experiencing one of the most difficult periods in their lives and that their confidence, finances, career, and family life may all be under tremendous stress. We also understand that employers may be feeling wrongfully accused and that employers often have to make tough personnel decisions, especially in layoff situations.

We pride ourselves in actively listening to the issues and concerns of our potential Clients. We provide immediate feedback regarding our potential Clients’ legal rights as well as several options for paths forward in vindicating these rights.

We understand that litigation and a years-away jury trial is not the best path for every client. Often early resolution, and the ability to move on, has value to our Clients, and therefore, to us. Tracy C. Lemmon is a seasoned negotiator and mediator with an excellent reputation for getting cost and time-efficient resolutions for her clients.

Experienced, personal advocacy.

As an attorney with more than 15 years of civil litigation and 20 years of mediation experience, Ms. Lemmon draws upon her background to provide nuanced advocacy for her client’s best interests. She often is successful with direct negotiations for swift resolution while avoiding protracted litigation. Where early resolution is not possible, Ms. Lemmon has solid, aggressive skills in deposition, discovery, and trials. Throughout her career she has achieved successful results for many clients in summary judgments and jury trials.

Tracy Lemmon’s style is fierce advocacy fused with integrity and compassion. She provides strategic counsel based on a thorough, candid evaluation of the legal and non-legal issues present in her Client’s situation, as well as the values placed on those issues, for efficient and meaningful conflict resolution.

Extensive litigation experience in prestigious law firms.

Ms. Lemmon has successfully litigated cases for individual employees and employers, and both with and against insurance companies, for more than 15 years. She also practiced employment law and litigation in San Francisco with the Louderback Law Firm (now Louderback Law Group) and Morgenstein & Jubelier (now Schiff Hardin). Ms. Lemmon started her legal career in civil and bad-faith litigation (against insurance companies) in the Los Angeles firm of Troop Steuber Pasich Reddick & Tobey (now Howrey Simon and Akin Gump).

Ms. Lemmon is a seasoned veteran of litigation, discovery, and motion practice. She does not shy away from using her considerable skills in the litigation arena when necessary to obtain justice and a fair resolution for her clients. Ms. Lemmon has taken hundreds of depositions. She has filed, defended, and argued against dozens of

petitions for arbitration and successful motions for summary judgment. She has won appeals in the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeals. She has prevailed in both jury and and bench trials, as well as in numerous arbitrations. While Ms. Lemmon prefers the path to early, cost-effective conflict resolution, she is well-prepared to go the distance and go toe-to-toe with other seasoned litigators.
