Lemmon Employment Law & Conflict Resolution is a client-centered law firm. We recognize that each Client has individual concerns and circumstances that don’t fit easily into a box or intake form. We understand that our Clients may be experiencing one of the most difficult periods in their lives and that their confidence, finances, career and family life may all be under tremendous stress. We also understand that employers can be wrongfully accused and that employers need to make difficult decisions regarding their workforce.
