Ms. Lemmon devotes a considerable amount of time sharing her legal and mediation skills and expertise with others. From 2009 through 2012, Ms. Lemmon served as the President of the Board of Directors for Community Boards a San Francisco non-profit dedicated to building community through conflict resolution. Ms. Lemmon currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board of Community Boards and is a Leadership Sponsor of Community Boards' annual San Francisco Peacemaker Awards. Ms. Lemmon has taught basic and advanced mediation and negotiation courses, as well as employment law seminars.
Ms. Lemmon is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, as well as the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California. Ms. Lemmon also is a strategic ally to individuals facing oppression of their civil rights through Equal Rights Advocates, the American Civil Liberties Union and the League of Women Voters. Ms. Lemmon also supports entrepreneurs and small business owners by teaching and supporting students of
San Francisco’s Renaissance Center.
